- ➤ Murray Ridge Road will be closed at Lowell Street from Monday, Jan. 5 through Friday, Jan. 9 for underground work. Drivers northbound must detour west on Lowell Street/Telegraph Road then east on State Route 113, while southbound drivers detour west on State Route 113 then east on Lowell Street. City of Elyria
