Ohio workers began the new year with a 2.8% wage increase that raised non-tipped rates to $11 and tipped wages to $5.50, benefiting family-run spots like Grumpy’s Cafe.

Murray Ridge Road will be closed at Lowell Street from Monday, Jan.
5 through Friday, Jan. 9 for underground work. Drivers northbound must detour west on Lowell Street/Telegraph Road then east on State Route 113, while southbound drivers detour west on State Route 113 then east on Lowell Street.
