- ➤ The City of Elyria is accepting applications for a relief operator who will fill in for absent water pumping operators and run lab tests on water samples—qualified candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and obtain required certifications, with work on rotating shifts including some weekends and holidays.
