- ➤ State Route 113/U.S. 20/Cleveland Street, just west of the overhead Turnpike bridge, will close on Monday, April 21 for railroad crossing repairs by Norfolk Southern—motorists will follow a detour route for eastbound traffic that reverses for westbound traffic—until repairs are completed on Friday, April 25.
