Today, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost sent letters to 14 med spas — including six in Northeast Ohio — warning them to stop making false claims about their compounded weight-loss drugs, which are not FDA-approved and do not meet the safety standards of drugs like Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, and Mounjaro.

A judge blocked the state law that required social media companies to get parental approval for children under 16, ruling the requirement vague and unconstitutional—lawmakers passed it in July 2023.
