- ➤ Daniel Carrillo, accused of attacking a woman with a belt at the Elyria Police Station on March 10 after not finding an officer, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity & remains in Lorain County Jail as his lawyer asks if he is fit to go to trial and the injured woman, who has a heart condition, was treated at the station for cuts on her nose and hand and red marks on her throat and knuckles.
