- ➤ Lorain police recovered the body of Ayesha Kadi, aged 20, from Lakeview Beach on Tuesday morning after officers responded at 7:45 a.m. to reports that she jumped off a break wall and did not resurface—her body was found between 12 and 15 feet underwater. News 5 Cleveland
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A 27-year-old man from Amherst Township was indicted by a grand jury after he allegedly fired a shot on Leavitt Rd on May 19 that injured a 32-year-old woman who was taken by ambulance and helicopter and now cannot move her legs — he faces charges of discharging a firearm on prohibited premises, felonious assault, and improperly handling a firearm in a vehicle.
