Beloved Browns legend Bernie Kosar posted a video on Facebook Tuesday morning — 15 hours after his liver transplant on Monday at University Hospitals — saying he was happy to start a new chapter.
His eighth surgery came after seven procedures to control internal bleeding and hospital staff now support his recovery.
