- ➤ Lorain County Port Authority said a prospective buyer from ICP terminated a $42 million purchase agreement for Midway Mall after concerns emerged during due diligence, and officials will invite formal proposals and discuss redevelopment options at a board meeting on Dec. 11. News 5 Cleveland
